Sin Encuadernar. Zustand: Muy bien. Folio. #1 Oct 1968 - #6 May 1969 (Complete set). Wrappers. Collaborators: L. Mengual. M. Briante, J. Glusberg, Francisco Urondo, R. González Tuñón, P. Rojas Paz, Geno Díaz, Mariani, and others. Artiempo magazine, directed by writer and art critic Osiris Chierico, published six issues between O…ctober 1968 and May 1969. It appeared in a convulsive and fertile juncture, described by Ana Longoni and Mariano Mestman as the itinerary of '68: situation "Ephemeral but paradigmatic of the tensions that the Argentine intellectual field is going through in that dizzying period, when the two key tendencies of the decade (let's call them condensedly the modernizing horizon and the revolutionary horizon) appear, either confronted or made compatible in the speeches, in the institutions, in the cultural productions. This itinerary articulates procedures, techniques, resources coming from the modernizing area of the artistic field with the radicalized forms that the political practice increasingly adopts against the intransigence of the Onganía dictatorship "(Ana Longoni and Mariano Mestman, Del Di Tella a" Tucumán burns. "Artistic and political vanguard in 68 Argentina, Buenos Aires: Eudeba, 2010, second edition, page 21.) In this context Artiempo was a significant publication, which sought to reconcile the mass culture with the avant-garde manifestations. It intervened in the controversies and debates on the song of protest, the censorship of the military government, the National Hall, the Museum of Modern Art, the Tucumán Arde, the first Argentine Cartoon Biennial, the Venice Biennial and the hippie movement. In the list of his collaborators were writers, journalists and artists such as Lorenzo Amengual, Angel Bonomini, Miguel Briante, Calki (Raimundo Calcagno), Jorge Miguel Couselo, Geno Diaz, Nira Etchenique, Jorge B. Glusberg, Joaquín Gómez Bas, Raúl González Tuñón, Edmundo Guibourg, Ricardo Halac, Agustín Mahieu, Reynaldo Mariani, Jorge Páez Vilaró, Enrique Raab, Alberto Rodríguez Muñoz, Néstor Sánchez, Kive Staif, Mónica Tiffenberg, Francisco Urondo and Mario Trejo.
