Bound originally in half calf, but the calf has gone from both the spines and is much scuffed at the corners; marbled endpapers; scholar's signature to both vols (Nicholas Horsfall) dated 1966; instances of foxing throughout, and occasional pencilled marginal marks, but in general the text is very clean; vol. 1: xxviii + 746; vol. 2: iv + 935. The volumes weigh in excess of 2kg and extra postage will be required if posting outside the UK.
