Softcover. Zustand: Near Fine. Original stereo 45" vinyl record. A few faint scratches, else near fine in a near fine glossy sleeve with light toning and light bumping. Inscribed by Frank O'Connor on the front cover. This is not the famous Irish author, Frank O'Connor, this is the brother of English author Freddy O'Connor who published a book in 1986 about the streets and places of Liverpool in relation to the city's sports history. The back cover states that this song is named after the book and takes inspiration from it, and features three black and white photographs from the book. Also of note for fans of British recording history, this record was made at the famous Amazon Studios in Liverpool that recorded the likes of The Smiths and Black Sabbath, as well as many acts from the local post-punk scene during the 1980s.
