No provenance indication.This is the first edition in Dutch of the translation of Lipsius' Latin text which appeared at the Moretus Press in Antwerp in 1604 (Bowen Lipsius HAL 40). This item is described by Bowen as Lipsius HAL 18. The pivelige of Velpius is dated 4 april 1604 (Cambrai) ; 28 january 1604 (Papal privilege).
