Hardcover. Zustand: Good+. First Edition. Volume #1 only (of three). In a nineteenth century binding of brown cloth over faded blue boards. Red & black title page with vignette, preface then text describing each plate. [(iv) 9pp text, 27 double-page plates stamped on one side of paper]. Each plate measures 22 1/2" x 30". Edges & front corners are rubbed. The text is tight & intact except for a small damp stain near top center edge of plates that is mostly on the margins of the plates.
