The original price of $3.00 is still present on the front flap. Inside the front cover is a index card size note from the publisher stating the publication date with instructions for the re…viewer. DJ is toned and scuffed, with numerous chips and small tears along the edges. Front of jacket is stained in the center area. Blue cloth boards underneath show a bit of fading along edges and spine, corners mildly bumped. Internal binding is good and text pages are tight. No signatures or bookplates, no library markings, no remainder marks. The front end page shows residue from a price once penciled in the corner and then later erased. Pastedowns and opposite end pages also show toning/foxing to the reacting with the dust jacket paper over the decades. Stated first edition on the copyright page.
