Several photos are of Mrs. Wallihan, with her rifle. Introduction by Theodore Roosevelt. Text block ends are gilt. Spine has been recovered with black tape. Broken hinges have been repaired with cloth, hinge tape. Cover has scattered, stains, rubs, and scrapes. 3 pages have stain along side the bound side. Loose pages have been tipped back in. Pencil scribbling has been erased, but still shows a little; this is on title page, intro. page, and back endpaper. Endpapers have a few stains and light foxing.
