In original tan paper-covered boards, backed in blue ribbon-embossed cloth, with small remnants of original paper spine label; plain endpapers; [i]-viii [9]-180pp. With occasional contemporary annotations. A straight copy with general moderate wear and rubbing to boards, inch-long tears to cloth over lower spine, foxing throughout, largely in margins: Good or better. Chaldean and Chaldee were common misnomers for Aramaic. ROSENBACH 350.
