Bothriembryon roseotictus n. sp. is described from an area on the eastern tip of Two Peoples Bay, Albany on the south coast of Western Australia. It is compared with the sympatric and closest congener species B. kingii (Gray, 1825) and B. revectus Iredale, 1939, as well as with the enigmatic B. maxwelli (Kobelt, 1901). Bothriembryon roseotictus n. sp. differs from all other species within the genus Bothriembryon Pilsbry, 1894 by its relatively small size, narrow attenuate shape, smoth whorls with simple, fine and oblique axial ribbing on the adapical portion of the whorl, dark protoconch with white speckled pattern and the soft pinkish background colour with a distinct dark brown patch surrounding the umbilicus. 12 pp., 4 figs, 4 plates, 4.

Bothriembryon (B.) toolinna n. sp. is described from the Toolinna Cave are of the south east coast of Western Australia. It is compared with the possibly sympatric species B. perditus Iredale, 1939, and the sympatric species B. sophiarum Whisson & Breure, 2016, and B. distinctus Iredale, 1939. Bothriembryon (B.) toolinna n. sp. differs from all other species within the genus Bothriembryon Pilsbry, 1894 by its small size, distinctly grooved protoconch and incised furrows, creating a crenulated outline along the suture of the teleoconch whorls which are crossed by 2 to 3 distinct spiral frooves over the posterior half of each whorl and by a deep umbilicus with a fark stained band within. Bothriembryon grohi n. sp. and Bothriembryon wagoeensis n. sp. are described from south of Kalbarri near the northern boundary of the Mid West Region of Western Australia. They are compared with their closest congener species Bothriembryon costulatus (Potiez & Michaud, 1838), Bothriembryon onslowi (Cox, 1864) and with the possibly extinct Bothriembryon whitleyi Iredale, 1939. The geographical ranges of B. costulatus and B. onslowi are clarified. Bothriembryon grohi n. sp. differs from all other species within the genus by its small size, globose shape, granulose sculpture over irregular deeply incised axial ribbing, dark chocolate coloured aperture with white lip and large open umbilicus.
