Bothriembryon roseotictus n. sp. is described from an area on the eastern tip of Two Peoples Bay, Albany on the south coast of Western Australia. It is compared with the sympatric and closest congener species B. kingii (Gray, 1825) and B. revectus Iredale, 1939, as well as with the enigmatic B. maxwelli (Kobelt, 1901).
