He was a member of the Holiness movement and the author of numerous books on Holiness. This is one of those well-known books.

Just touches of wear to extremities, cloth clean and bright, withdrawn library stamp on front free endpaper (but no other ex-lib defects, as this was a book donated to the School of Theology at Claremont), rear hinge cracked, previous owner's name on front pastedown [R.A. Young], else vey good to near fine with no internal markings. Dust jacket spine darkened, the whole somewhat soiled and reproducing two of the cartoons on the front and back covers. Henry Clay Morrison [1857-1942] Henry Clay Morrison was a Methodist evangelist, editor, and president of Asbury College and Asbury Seminary. He was a member of the Holiness movement and the author of numerous books on Holiness. This is one of Morrison's more unusual books, dealing as it does with politics and the state of the world under various heads. Relatively rare to find any of Morrison's books with dust jackets!
