Robert Alan "Bob" Elliott (born August 18, 1955) is an American former basketball player. Elliott was a three time academic and athletic All-American at the University of Arizona, leading his team to one Western Athletic Conference championship and two NCAA tournament appearances. Bob received a bachelor of science in accounting, and later, an MBA from the University of Arizona as well. He is the current Head-Chairmen of the Retired NBA Players Association. Elliott came to the University of Arizona from Pioneer High School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Many Arizona basketball advocates credit the young Elliott for introducing modern Arizona basketball to the nation under the coaching styles of Fred "The Fox" Snowden. Elliott is still the University of Arizona's career scoring leader with 2, 131 points, and holds U of A career marks for field goals (808), attempted field goals (1, 512), free throws (515), and attempted free throws (767). Very good. Signed by author. Inscribed by Elliot on t-p. Cover has slight wear and soiling. Associated bookmark present.

However, few options other than cryogenic storage are available in Côte d'Ivoire for the preservation of genetic material. Cryogenic storage is expensive in terms of energy, equipment, and maintenance, and genetic material is generally subject to contamination and degradation in the event of a power failure or outage. The overall objective of this study was to evaluate the stability of genetic material and the persistence of resistance genes detected by antibiogram after storage at room temperature. To do this, 38 strains of Escherichia coli isolated from cattle and poultry slaughterhouse effluents were used. The level of antibiotic resistance of the strains was determined using an antibiogram. Two types of extraction were performed, one with guanidine thiocyanate and the other with the Qiagen Kit, followed by DNA quantification before and after storage at different temperatures, namely room temperature and liquid nitrogen.

Zustand: Hervorragend.
