Bound by Woolnough Bookbinding Limited. Quarter blue cloth over decorative paper covered boards, gilt lettering to the spine; the decorative paper is based on a design made by Bawden for the cover of 'Life in an English Village' (King Penguin No.57, Penguin Books, 1949). Oblong Folio, 250 x 335 mm, pp. [1-6] 7-134 [colophon] [blank] illustrated throughout what is a catalogue raisonné of Bawden's work. Housed in a grey paper covered board slipcase. A book in Fine condition in a Fine slipcase. The were 55 special copies of which 50 were for sale.
