In der vorliegenden Studie kamen wir zu dem Schluss, dass Blut-Biomarker (Glukose, Insulin, Harnstoff, Kreatinin, BMI, GFR, CrCl, IR, Hcy, FA, Cys C, LC, OPG, SA, Se, Zn, Mg) nachdrücklich mit der Nähe der Nephropathie in Verbindung stehen und Indikatoren für Nierenfunktionsstörungen bei DN darstellen könnten. Darüber hinaus zeigten Urin-Alb, NGAL, 8-OHdG und FN sowie die Kombination aller vier Biomarker einen hervorragenden diagnostischen Wert für das Frühstadium der DN bei Patienten mit T2DM.
