Zustand: Fair. First edition (hardback). 4to (32cm by 24cm), 19pp. 48 plates. Original blue cloth spine, blue boards, black titling to the front board and the spine. This book was formerly in a reference library, with occasional stamps and labels, and there is some scuffing of the binding; overall, this book is just about in good condition.
