In den Warenkorb4to, (272x215mm), [2],157p. Original printed wrappers, a tad soiled and with some fraying of the edges; the textblock untrimmed and printed on laid paper watermarked A Pirie & Sons. Loosely inserted are two copper-engravings of the Holy Ghost Chapel, one engraved by J Booner and published by A Hooper in 1783; the other (which is… rather foxed) engraved by J. Shury and undated. Several entries on Copac suggest either Reading (printed by W Wheeler) or Basingstoke as the place of publication; this copy we offer has the Southampton bookseller's imprint printed on an overlaid piece at the tail of the front cover.
