Undated but gift inscription on verso of frontispiece gives 1938 date; first item is 'The Summer House by Edith Millard and cover shows four children and a dog; tightly bound in pictorial boards; light wear to spine edges, top corners slightly bumped. Wear and tear to edges and corners of dust jacket has been neatly mended on inside. Page fore-edges yellowed. Internally, a little yellowing and discolouration to edges; otherwise, a clean, tidy copy. Used - Very Good. VG hardback in Good dust jacket.

Scarce, with only a handful of institutional copies located, not in Baumgarten. Size: Folio.
