The approaches to the selected literary texts are multiple and bring together different methodologies. The subject matter is analysed from cultural, anthropological and linguistic perspectives, in an attempt to assess whether the strategies adopted by various nations during their colonial and postcolonial experience might actually share a common core. Ce volume est un mélange de textes qui interpellent différents aspects de ce que la critique a convenu d'appeler les « Littératures postcoloniales et migrantes ». Les textes s'interrogent, en particulier, sur l'importance que la « nourriture » a toujours revêtue au sein de ces littératures et des communautés dont elles sont l'expression.
