A ex-convict looking to pay his debts teams up with a hardened trucker determined to keep his small trucking operation, in spite of violent intimidation tactics by a rival company. The two men make their way along a Texas trucking route, culminating in a shootout just outside Austin. Screenwriters Michael Scheff and David Spector were best known for the disaster thriller "Airport '77" (1977). Yellow generic studio wrappers.
