This is an old sale catalogue from 1924 with two lots being sold, one is the reservoir and mere at Baddiley near Nantwich in Cheshire, and the other freehold land and a brickyard at Coole Pilate near Audlem in Cheshire. The catalogue is 14.5 inches tall and runs to six printed pages plus a large folding coloured plan The covers are worn and creased at the edges, with a noticeable surface abrasion to rear cover where something had been stuck to it (see pictures) some splitting to paper along spine edge, internally the pages are loose from the covers and have some pencilled notations, All contents are pictured so condition can be seen.
