Fold-out map has some creasing along one edge but otherwise unblemished with no chipping, toning or tears. Laid in is a typed letter from the legendary Goodspeed's Book Shop of Boston, signed by its American specialist, M.J. Walsh, and offering the present volume to it's buyer. A very pretty, collectable copy of a scarce title and at a great price.
