Some scuffs and normal shelfwear. Binding tight and attractive overall. This volumes seems to be a mash-up of three magazines. September 1891 contains Carlotta's Intended and a number of shorter pieces -- pages 259-404. Then comes the magazine for December 1891. Pages numbered 643-796. Then September 1892, pages 263-450.
