Buch. Zustand: Neu. Neuware - 'The Papal Moloch; Or, the Human Sacrifices of the Inquisition' delves into the dark history of the Inquisition, exploring the alleged atrocities and human suffering inflicted in the name of religious authority. This historical work, penned by J.C.C. Maccaul, examines the period through a critical lens, detailing accounts of persecution and the exercise of papal power. Maccaul's work offers a stark portrayal of the Inquisition's impact and raises questions about religious extremism. It provides a valuable historical record and encourages reflection on the consequences of unchecked authority. Readers interested in religious history and the dynamics of power will find this a compelling, albeit disturbing, read. This work has been selected by scholars as being culturally important, and is part of the knowledge base of civilization as we know it.
