"Vera Fotografia" (cm. 10,6x14,9) della ditta "Armando Terzoli-Roma" raffigurante un bel ritratto giovanile opera del fotografo E. Ghergo; breve dedica autografa in calce: "Ad Amarilli cordialmente Massimo Girotti". Ottimo esemplare. Digiuno di recitazione, arriva al cinema casualmente per un ruolo marginale in "Dora Nelson" di M. Soldati (1939) a cui seguono alcune pellicole minori, fino all'inaspettata chiamata di A. Blasetti che lo vuole protagonista de "La corona di ferro" (1941), che lo consacra attore a tutti gli effetti. Segue "Un pilota ritorna" di R. Rossellini (1942) e l'anno seguente G. entra di diritto nella storia del cinema, girando "Ossessione" di L. Visconti, con una recitazione schietta d'un timbro quasi inedito in Italia. Grazie a ciò nel dopoguerra vive appieno l'esperienza neorealista: "Caccia tragica" di G. De Santis (1948), "In nome della legge" di P. Germi (1949), "Cronaca di un amore" di M. Antonioni (1950), per tornare con Visconti nel '54 in "Senso". Nel frattempo, spinto da Blasetti, intraprende anche la carriera teatrale, con ottime prove sotto la regia di: L. Visconti, O. Costa, L. Squarzina, L. Salvini. Nel 1972 interpreta un ruolo secondario in "Ultimo tango a Parigi" di B. Bertolucci.

Présentation du film et scénario, accompagnés de superbes photographies en noir, dont 2 dépliantes, tirées en héliogravure, ainsi que d'illustrations en bistre. Complet du dépliant illustré de 8 pages, au format 21,5 x 14 cm, avec photos et présentation du film. On trouve dans les rôles principaux : Elisa Cegani, Luisa Ferida, Rina Morelli, Gino Cervi, Massimo Girotti, Osvaldo Valenti, Paolo Stoppa, etc. Très bel état de fraicheur. Rarissime édition originale en tirage limité réservé aux journalistes, diffuseurs et salles de cinéma. En 1935, le réalisateur Alessandro Blasetti , ouvertement fasciste avait réalisé " Vecchia guardia " qui mettait en scène l'arrivée au pouvoir des fascistes, gagnant avec le film, les grâces du pouvoir. Mais le metteur en scène déclara par la suite avoir été fasciste jusqu'en 1936, c'est-à-dire jusqu'à la conquête de l'Éthiopie, avant de se détacher de ce mouvement. Par la suite il n'a jamais joué à l'antifasciste ni ne l'a professé, il est devenu " afasciste ". La Couronne de fer réalisé à la demande du pouvoir de Benito Mussolini, était censé glorifier l'alliance italo-germanique, mais la trame met en avant la haine de la guerre et l'amour de la paix, ce qui provoqua le mécontentement de Joseph Goebbels, présent lors de la projection du film et qui obtint au le Grand Prix de la Biennale de Venise en 1941.
