Privately published by the convent in 1923.In the publisher's original black cloth, with sheet music throughout.An Anglican religious order of Nuns, St. Mary's Convent printed an array of hymns and chants from Benedictine sources for the convenience of their fellow sisters, accompanied with traditional music and/or music adapted from ancient sources. These include music during various monastic services, such as the Blessing of the Table and at the Patronal Festival.Originally in Peekskill, New York at the time of publishing, this particular branch later moved to Greenwich, New York in 2003.
