Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. Zustand des Schutzumschlags: Very Good. This book has yellow/mustard boards, with gilt lettering on the spine and gilt logo on the front board, that are in a very good condition. Apart from slight creasing towards the bottom of the material spine and a small indent on the bottom of the front board. None of these things affect the pages inside, or the spine. The jacket has slight shelf ware, with some minor bumping, scuffing, a very minor loss on the top back of the spine. There has been a small repair where there was a nick on the front cover. The pages are in a very good condition, but do have slight age spotting on quire a few pages across the book. There are more age spots on the front and rear end papers, and along the edges of the pages. There is a frontispiece of St Peter's Square with St Peter's. There are 109 pictures in photogravure, 2 in colour with full accompanying texts. The book is in a very good condition, despite the above mentioned details.
