La guida si sviluppa in tre itinerari: The Stormy Days of Revolution, che illustra monumenti e luoghi del periodo della rivoluzione; Mother of Russian Cities, alla scoperta di antiche chiese e testimonianze della Rus' di Kiev; The Capital of Flourishing Ukraine, che esalta lo sviluppo sovietico della città, i servizi, gli edifici pubblici, i parchi, gli svaghi e gli sport, i trasporti ecc.
