Dated June 9th, 1824, with integral address to J. Dexter Esq., at the Attorney General's office. As Comptroller, Marcy contacts Dexter on behalf of Mr. McCall regarding adjoining "the sale of a lot of land advertised on a state mortgage. As it stands alone, I suppose that there will be no difficulty in adjoining the sale by a note at the bottom of the notice." Very good, folded, light soiling and ink staining.…
