No mention of the translator, but this appears to be the the work of Louis-Isaac Lemaistre de Sacy. Sacy's translation of the the Gospel of St. Mark with extensive notes. Spine stamping indicates that this is Vol XXXI, so presumably there was a set of his full Bible translation, of which this is a singleton volume (though title page does not mention).
