Diese Übersetzung ist nicht immer ganz flüssig zu lesen, hat meiner Meinung nach aber einen wertvollen Stil, der inhaltsreich ist und bei dem man noch mehr aus dem Text herausholen kann als bei manch "moderner" Übersetzung. Die Kommentare nach jedem Sinnabschnitt dienen dem Verständnis des Bibeltextes und sind sehr hilfreich für das Bibelstudium. Zudem enthalten sie sehr viele Verweise auf Parallelstellen - letzendlich erklärt sich die Bibel immer noch selbst, was die Autoren gut rüberbringen. Sie sind eine Ergänzung zu den ohnehin schon sehr zahlreichen Parallelstellen-Verweisen der Elberfelder Übersetzung. Am Ende ist zudem ein brauchbarer lexikalischer Teil angehängt. Und nicht nur der Inhalt ist top, auch die Aufmachung des Buches gefällt mir sehr gut. Da wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet, so dass man diese Bibel auch wegen ihrer Haptik und Optik immer wieder gerne zur Hand nimmt.
