GOOD+ copy, binding tight with slight forward lean, corners bumped, a little rubbing to edges, cloth covers clean, gilt bright, spine ends worn, hint of toning to spine, internally very good.

Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges. Boards are slightly bowed. Prominent forward lean to text block.

The boards are in a very good condition, with minimal edge ware. The corners have very slight in bends. The spine has slight internal cracking at the front, but remains sturdy. No date on book, Circa 1800's. The pages are in a very good condition, apart from minimal spotting on some of the pages and edges of the pages. The pages are uncut. There is a black and white illustration on the frontispiece. There is a half title page. Page XVII of the Index has fallen out, but remains with the book. It has neat pencil writing against one of the referenced pages. There is no jacket but the covers have clear plastic wrapper. Overall in a very good condition.
