Remnants of leather adhere to the pamphlet's spine. 4 pages of text plus a large 16-1/2 inch high by 38-1/4 inch wide folding chart. There is scattered foxing throughout with light faint dampstaining to the bottom edge of the pages and center of the folding chart. There are some short tears to the edges of the text pages. Good.
