Contains tissue-guarded portrait frontispiece, (xv), 316 pp + 32 pp publisher's catalogue with 220 monochrome illustrations throughout. From 'The Hall Bushey Library' with indigo stamps to the half-title and first leaf of text, paper plate to the rear board, end papers cracked, rubbing to the covers, corners and edges, text block clean.
