A pictorial map on each endpaper is titled, "Defense Installations on Wake, 8-23 December 1941." The bo…ards are faded along the top edges. The front board has a 1/4 in. scrape. A third of the back board has light water stain.The foredge has a 3/8 in. light stain; it runs slightly onto the front margins of the frontal matter pages and the first 18 pages.
