The original dissertation, beautifully produced, its quality surpasses greatly that of the reprint, remains extremely rare. This particular copy comes from the library of Prof. Dr. Heerma van Voss (1923-2015) and it includes, loosely inserted, some correspondence between him and Lucarelli who at that time was still revising her manuscript. 002-5.
