Large 4to. pp. xxxiii, 413; 103 plates. Original orange cloth, very Good in worn and chipped dust wrapper lacking the bottom of the spine.

First Edition. Colour frontispiece, black-and-white plates Large 4to Binding a little marked and worn and with a small, pale stain, but a nice copy. Signed by one of the authors "Mary Antrobus" on the half-title Quarter vellum gilt, top edge gilt.

Zustand: Good. Ex-library copy so has associated sticker, stamps and inscriptions etc. No dust jacket. Tape marks, scratches and scuffs to cover with tanning/fading and marks to spine. Tanning and foxing to textblock and end pages. Contents very good.
