No Binding. Zustand: Very Good. British composer Ernest Longstaffe (1884-1958) neatly scribed three bars of music from one of his compositions, "The Charm School". He writes, "May 'The Charm School' hold many pleasant memories Ernest Longstaffe Prince of Wales Theatre March 1921". Above the lines of music are the words: "Tempo di Valse". Longstaffe was the composer of the music for Alice Duer Miller's play, The Charm School, which was performed at Prince's Theatre in Bristol from 1921 to 1922. Written on a 5 3/4" x 4 1/2" album page. Condition: Verso has inked quotations of Robert Browning and Owen Meredith. Very good condition and all written with a dark black ink. Signed by Author(s).
