The design, an Indigenous child standing behind a pink flamingo (both on one leg), features a motif that is synonymous with the artist Sydney Long (1871-1955). Provenance: H.B. (Harry) Muir (1909-1992), bookseller, publisher and bookplate collector; by descent.
