Snow, Robert Lowell, and Lawrence Ferlinghetti. Publisher's printed letter Signed by D. David Long and Michael R. Burr to W. D. Snodgrass laid in, thanking him for his contribution (p.44-48). Snodgrass has corrected and slightly edited his text.
