The textblock is clean & bright and has no tears, or unwanted markings. The is an hardback with teal blue Good condition cloth covers. There is a flaw which makes it FAIR, rather than GOOD, if not better and that is that the endpapers; in the front and the rear have been torn out. I listed it anyway, as it is so scarce and because it has the "Samuel Weiser Inc." Bookstore label inside: "Weiser Antiquarian Books is the oldest occult bookstore in the United States.
