Noticeable shelf wear, rubbing, soiling to cover, and the top fore corner of the booklet is bent/creased. Bottom edge of booklet and cover are moisture damaged for approx. 1" up from the bottom edge, however not extending beyond bottom margin. Binding is strong, staples are free from rust / oxidation. Pages are clean and unmarked.
