Hand typed paper label on front lists the tentative publication date of March (1933) and a tentative price of $2.00. The first free end page is slightly shorter than the remaining pages and the first has a stain at the top. There are several other pages of various height as well. Pages are printed on just one side, allowing for corrections to be made if needed. Several pages also have test patterns outside of the text area.
