Boards have moderate tears to the spine heads, significant chipping primarily to spines and edges, and stains to surfaces. Textblocks have ink and pencil marks to end pages and scattered throughout; primarily to volume 2 which has pencil writing to the front free end page and drawings to the rear end pages. Cracking to hinges, age toning and foxing throughout. Both volumes contain the bookplates of Robert J. Moes to the front pastedowns. Shelved in Room F. 1409798. Special Collections.
