This one has a beautiful cover in deep green cloth and the illustration all done in gold gilt, so it is certainly a luxurious edition - whether a 1st edit…ion, I can't be sure. The head & tail of spine are worn; ; the brown endpapers are present, but the fep is partially detached; no inscriptions/handwriting; 7 plates; an attractive book. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall. Illustrated by John Leech (illustrator).
