In den WarenkorbTre volumi in cartonato coevo rivestito in carta spugnata azzurra, con titoli su tassello manoscritto al dorso, in quarto cm 25x19, pp XXXII 201 (9), (4) 224 (4), (4) 227 (5), frontespizio in rosso e nero, fregi xilografici, testatine e finalini; ex libris di sacerdote casalese sui primi contropiatti. Buon esemplare. Terza edizi…one, stampata dalla prolifica tipografia Panialis, di questo poema epico-religioso inizialmente apparso tra il 1750 e il 1756. L'opera è corredata d'una lettera del Marchese Louis-Antoine Caraccioli (1719-1803), d'un assai annotato estratto del poema pubblicato dall'autore sul Giornale de' Letterati nel 1755, e di un apparato di note, sommari e indice delle cose notabili. Il conte Giuseppe Lavini, teologo e letterato marchigiano, tra gli Arcadi Eromede Somiziano, fu canonico della Cattedrale di Osimo e autore di apprezzate Rime filosofiche dedicate al sistema di Newton. Buono stato, lievi difetti sulla carta che riveste i piatti, qualche alone e macchietta marginale ma complessivamente ben conservato.
