Hardcover. Zustand: Good. No Jacket. A bright green, cloth bound, hardback book, with gilt titles on the spine. No dust jacket. This wonderful book is in really good condition and as its a used book, normal wear, marks and tear apply consistent with use and age. No specific published date listed, therefore i have taken the date from the foreword by the Brig-General from the Cavalry Club 8th Sept 1942. Also noted was the "8th thousand" from the title page. The page prior/next to title page has two photographed horses head (Rich Gift & Mahmoud) and below is a facsimile signature by the prolific horse artist Alfred J. Munnings. 212 pages all intact, and nice tight binding. Inside are several newspaper cutting of famous, huntsman, show jumping and jockeys. In my own humble opinion this is a very underrated and under valued book that deserves to be preserved for future generations and beyond. …
