Loosely inserted is a colour drawing of a strange young girl (20 by 16cms) signed in ink by Rognon de la Fleche (ie Lady Cara Harris 1861- 1952) also a folded preliminary pencil sketch with the same woman and a bearded man. She was an artist and friend of Beaton, Betjeman, Lord Berners, Osbert, Lancaster, Sybil Colefax etc., She directed the rare fim Treasons Bargain-- starring all of the above.) Very good indeed.
