Previous owner ink inscription to the front endpaper. Illustrated with numerous vignettes throughout and 8 full page plates by E. Caldwell. Collated complete. Rebacked with the original cloth backstrip preserved. Externally lightly rubbed to the spine and extremities. The odd handling mark to the front and rear boards. Offsetting to the front and rear endpapers. Ink inscription to the front endpaper. Internally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean with light age toning and light spots to the tissue guards, and the occasional spot to several pages. Very Good. book.
