His daughter, Dorothy Meserve inherited his interest, publishing the Lincoln biography 'Twenty Days' and producing documentaries such as PBS's 'The American President.' Her son, Philip B. Kunhardt Jr., and his sons, Philip III and Peter, have used their experience growing up with the Meserve-Kunhardt collection to formulate their own incredible photographic biography, 'Lincoln.'
