Spiral bound in blue plastic wrappers printed in gold. A little rubbing and a tiny tear on the wrappers, near fine. Very detailed view of the moon from the five Lunar Orbiter missions flown in 1966-67. This version, presumably issued for internal NASA use, precedes the far more common 1970 version that was issued commercially.
