Der Wettbewerb nimmt dabei keine Rücksicht darauf, ob die Unternehmungen groß oder klein sind, womit auch die 'Kleinen' in ihrem bisher abgeschirmten Heimmarkt von international und fläch- deckend tätigen Konkurrenten bedrängt werden. Dazu eignen sich Kooperationen hervorragend, weil die Selbstständigkeit zumindest in gewissem Umfang erhalten bleibt und die Unt- nehmen damit ihren eigentlichen Wettbewerbsvorteil der Flexibilität behalten und gleichzeitig den Nachteil ihrerbegrenzten Ressourcen überwinden können.…
